Well what can I say…..you guys are all moving on! Basics is almost complete and you’re all moving on to the regular WOD classes – CONGRATS! I cannot believe the improvement with each and every one of you…it’s astounding!
“What if I can’t do 3x a week for the Basics?” I have heard this from a few of you and thought I should address it for everyone. The point of the Basics is to spend time going through ALL of the functional movements so that when it comes time to walk through the doors to the
