Last night, he did some T2B during warm up (we are still trying to figure out where those came from) and then AFTER the WOD, he thought he would try a few kipping pull ups and low and behold he did 2 in a row and then dropped from the bar and then gave us enough time to get a video go
I apologize for the late post – we had NO internet service last night!! So I found this GREAT short video on bread and food in general. I know for those of you looking to make some lifestyle changes, this is probably one of the hardest things….cutting out the bread. Well as I mentioned before, start with baby steps. I thought I would share yesterday’s Mobility WOD video with you as it talks about the common problem we see associated with athletes complaining of knee pain. There is a part 2 and 3 to this of which you can see on the home page of Mobility WOD at http://www.mobilitywod.com/. Kelly always has some amazing mobility stuff to stay on top of, always dealing with the most common issues Cr

Its been the most amazing 4 months of “work” for me so far in my lifetime! You all make it worth my while to get up and come to the gym every day.
