John and I had the chance to hang out with a bunch of other box owners and coaches this past weekend in Atlanta which is always fun! You get to hear how they run their boxes, do their programming among everything else you want to know as a coach! We spent the entire weekend coaching and being coached – with CrossFit coaches! Talk about a wealth of information in just two short days!
