CrossFit Kickstart - This program will get you familiar with the CrossFit movements required to join our regular classes. There will be a scaled CrossFit workout done during each class to gradually get you used to the CrossFit programming. The Basic’s Package includes 6-1hr sessions with our CrossFit Level 1 coach. Classes available to suit your schedule.
CrossFit WOD – these classes are for those that have successfully completed the CrossFit Basics training sessions. The Workout of the Day (WOD) will be throughly explained and demonstrated by your CrossFit trainer and scaled to suit each level of ability.
Personal Training – CrossFit Mozomo also offers “one-on-one” personal training both on and off-site. Michele is certified as a Personal Trainer Specialist through Can Fit Pro and has been personal training clients for the past 3 years. Email email@example.com for further info and pricing.
