18 OH Plate Lunges (25/15)
12 Ring Rows
*at the end of your 4th round, go straight into a 90-sec. hold at the top of the ring row position!
*7min time cap, including 90sec hold!
Same as above but lunges – can hold plate on chest and ring rows – can adjust feet accordingly
The 90sec hold does not need to be unbroken, but since it’s the very last task of the WOD, we encourage you to go as long as you can, accumulating 90sec total.
