There will be a buffet dinner (starting around 7:30pm) by STRANO CULINARY SERVICES that will consist of; chicken Marcella with roasted veggies, mediterranean white fish with sun dried tomato and grilled onion couscous and a salad! 2 drinks are included with your meal!

-The intention today is to be heavy, and the reps should stay under or around 10 per set (FYI)
