*For the first 3 sets, continue on your warm-up and increase the load in small increments. The last 3 sets should be the same weight (heavy).
*for MOD STRENGTH = Hang Power Clean 4-4-4-4-4-4
- Today is designed it to be 6 sets of 2 reps with the intention to lift
around 80 percent of your 1-rep-max Clean for each set.
- We are looking for you to go through the process of bringing the load back
to your waist and having to repeat the same load twice.
- You cannot drop the barbell between lifts
- The lift can be performed anywhere from above the knee
