Ring in 2018 with the 6 Week Transformation Challenge powered by CrossFit Mozomo!! This journey is a program that focuses on exercise, nutrition and teamwork to get people moving and having fun with fitness!
This program is STRICTLY FOR BEGINNERS! If you’ve never been to a gym before, then this is the program for you! If you’re not sure how to dial in on your nutrition, then this is the program for you!
What we expect from you:
- to show up 3x/week for 6 weeks
- to be accountable (to the coaches and your team)
- to follow our meal plans for 6 weeks
- to be a positive team player
Classes start the week of JAN.8th with options as follows, with NO exceptions:
Mon / Wed/ Fri 12:15pm
Tue/ Thu 6:15pm & Sat 10am
*you pick package 1 or 2 – no mixing class times
