JAN 1st – OPEN GYM ONLY 9am – 11am
*we will have a WOD posted on the board that you can choose to do on your own! A coach will be present but it will NOT be a ‘coached’ class!
*the last CF Kids class will be DEC.22 with regular classes resuming on JAN.10.

2 F.Rack Lunges + 2 S2OH
*start at a light weight with the goal being to get to your workout weight by round 5, then maybe surpass that weight and go above the WOD weight for the remainder of the EMOM! You do not have to add weight every round, but should be for the first 6-7 rounds.
