For those of you that are not aware yet, John and I are heading away for TWO WHOLE WEEKS! We are super excited to get away and ‘sad’ (in a weird way) to leave you all for such an extended period of time! We will miss you all dearly and stay in touch with some live videos and such, as we tour the island of St. Lucia! We know you will all be well looked after with Coaches Brenda, Diana, Marc, Sarah, Chris, Ryan and Heather. We are truly blessed to have such a dynamic team of individuals. #lucky :). We will see everyone on Dec.4th!
PS – don’t forget there are NO kickboxing or ‘Butts-n-Guts’ classes while we are away and open gym is LIMITED so be sure to check the schedule before you come in!!
