FOCUS: GYMNASTICS DAY!
1. 10:00 MOBILITY – rule #1 for being more effective in the gym (lifting weights or doing body weight movements) is mobility. So before you hit the bar or rings, you must complete the following: (a) Bench Opener + (b) Thoracic Spine Smash
2. 10:00 SKILL PROGRESSION – use this time to work on movements for the WOD!
