Tomorrow is a “FUN” day – we are just gonna throw some weights around, do some minor gymnastics and then hit the air dyne for ME cal for a cool down. We missed our ‘gymnastics day’ due to the short week so we thought we better do something tomorrow!
Oh, and don’t forget, we are throwing in a 7:15am kickboxing class tomorrow – just because!
Also, there are a few of us heading to the UG BEACH WOD at the Pier on Saturday morning after class – so just after 10am. We are going to meet at gym and jog over on the trails (or you can bike). It will save us having to find parking spots!
With a 30:00 running clock, complete the following work….
(a) Strict Press 5×5 *by feel
(b) Bent Over Row 10-10-10 *by feel – focus on squeezing bw shoulder blades at top!
(c) 50 T2B
(d) 50 Box Jumps (you pick the height to practice)
