Just a reminder that we have a FUN HERO WOD scheduled for 9am on Sat – “RALPH” with Coach Heather! Then there are a bunch of us meeting post WOD at the gym who are going to either bike or jog over to the UG Series at the Pier to check out all the action! We will be taking the trails over – should be a great day for it! Feel free to meet us at the gym for 10am.
