Some general housekeeping notes and such… while we are happy to be able to accommodate those parents that bring their kids while they WOD, we ask that they do remain in the KID ZONE during the hour you are there. If they are too “old” for the kid zone, they must stay on the back or front bench. Kids CANNOT be on equipment or wondering around the gym while a class is in session.
